Rikki Arundel is an international motivational speaker diversity trainer. Her previous career in financial services came to an end as a result of discrimination following her decision to change gender in 2002. After completing a MSc in gender research she has now established herself as one of the UK’s leading speakers on gender diversity. Rikki has delivered LGBT related training for over 250 organisations working extensively with colleges, universities, local authorities, health and the criminal justice bodies and community organisations.
