Middle Sexes: Redefining He and She
This 2005 TV documentary produced for HBO and Channel 4 by British film-maker Anthony Thomas is, in my opinion, of the best programmes ever produced looking at those of us who live in the strange borderline between genders.
The film is a brilliant blend of from the heart commentary from trans, gay bisexual,and inter sex people and objective scientific study. What is particularly good is that the film conclusion challenges the notion that sex and gender and a binary, and supports with evidence, the view that they exist in an infinite variety along a gender spectrum. The entire documentary is currently on YouTube and linked here - That may not remain the case. Unfortunately although the programme was originally produced for British TV - it is currently only available as a Region 1 DVD. Hopefully that will change.
